Becca sat on the balcony, the sun was at its peak in the sky. Her eyes fixated on the wide air, like she was staring at something in particular, her eyes were dark and her anger was visible on her face.

It had been over two weeks since she came to Kelvin's, and Gregory didn't seem to feel disturbed by the situation. She had hoped he'd come to pick her up when he began to feel lonely at home. But her plans weren't working.

She took a few sips from her glass of whiskey, and her phone rang. She stared at the phone, it was her brother Theophilus. He ignored the call like it wasn't important, her rage was growing, and she needed someone to direct it to.

She picked up her phone and started searching through her contacts, looking for the right person to call and divert her attention from Gregory's behavior. She paused when she saw a number with Mariana written on it.
