Alex's gaze remained at the two people till they disappeared into the banquet, he shook his head before walking towards the entrance.

Standing by the door were two hefty men who had a stone look on their faces. They were dressed in all black and they stood as bodyguards.

"Your invitation card," One of them said to Alex when he was about to walk in, making Alex pause on his track. Alex looked at him and raised his hands indicating that he didn't have an invitation card.

He had left the invitation card with Isaac that day after checking out the address and all that he needed. He didn't think there was a need to come with an invitation card since he was a VVIP here.

"You can't go in without an invitation card," the other guard replied.
