“I told you he came here just for food,” Thomas said to the head of the Edward family.

The old man was fuming in anger as he continued to look at Alex whose eyes weren't even on him. His eyes were on Kenneth and Thomas, he had asked them a question after all.

“Young man, just apologize and let this go. You don't want to mess with the wrong family,” one of the guests said but Alex shrugged as he got up from his chair,

“I don't see why I should apologize. I haven't offended anyone. All I came to do was eat but they came here and took my food and my drink. It wasn't fare at all, so they are at fault, why should I apologize?” He asked with arched brows.

The old man flew in a rage,

“You sick boy, do you know that I can throw you in jail for this? You… you…”

“That's enough. I am not going to apologize on any basis you drop at me. I won't apologize for no reason,” he straightened his shirt before saying to Isaac,

“Let's get out of here. Seems we have overstayed our welcome,”
