Putting on dark blue long-sleeves, well-ironed trousers, and an expensive pair of shoes, Alex stepped out of the room making his way to the exit of the hotel. Like the twinkling of the eyes, it was two days already, the day of the banquet. Although Alex had promised to go to the banquet, he was still lazy about it. Alex's gaze remained at the two people till they disappeared into the banquet, he shook his head before walking towards the entrance. Standing by the door were two hefty men who had a stone look on their faces. They were dressed in all black and they stood as bodyguards. "Your invitation card," One of them said to Alex when he was about to walk in, making Alex pause on his track. Alex looked at him and raised his hands indicating that he didn't have an invitation card. He had left the invitation card with Isaac that day after checking out the address and all that he needed.
