Stella hurried to the door and opened it. “What do you want?” She was furious that a mere neighbor got them so anxious and they thought it was the police.

The woman who was yelled at decided to change her mind. She wanted to borrow some eggs since she ran out of groceries and the shops were all closed. The woman was in such a hurry to come home and cook that she forgot to buy groceries.

Stella was the only close door neighbor of hers so she decided to borrow some and return them the next day after getting the groceries. Unfortunately, Stella didn't look like someone who would be willing to lend her some.

She seemed furious and it looked as if she was angry at someone. All the woman did was knock on her neighbor's door which was not a crime.

Seeing how Stella was acting, she decided not to say the reason for her knocking. “Um, I wanted to… Nevermind.”

Without another word, the neighbor turned around and left, leaving Stella stunned.
