Chapter 17

After leaving the house in the manner that they did, Bryan and Janet went back to the mall in search of Arthur. Even though they had an intention of going there just to humiliate Arthur more, Janet would never pass up a chance to do more shopping. She believed that the money would always be available. Bryan, on the other hand, was so stupid to keep throwing more money on his brainless girlfriend who knows nothing about saving.

As they got to the spot where they saw Arthur the previous day, they scanned around and couldn't find him. Maybe they believe that he'd always be at that spot waiting for them to come back and throw more demeaning words at him. Unfortunately for them, Arthur was done with his shift for the day.

Frustrated, they decided to leave but fortunately met with Nick.

Janet hastily recognized Nick but he didn't remember their faces because he came in contact with a lot of people on a daily basis.

"Hey mister." Janet called out to Nick as they approached him. With furrowed
