After the tragic incident, Gabriel was up all night with nightmares of the dead man. He wanted to speak with his father but when he requested for him the next day; he was nowhere to be found, making Gabriel conclude that the death wasn’t ordinary.

He waited a couple of days in Texas to know if he could meet with his father and when he didn’t get a response; he flew back home to the comfort of Brittany and Lily.

When Brittany set her eyes on Gabriel, she felt sorry for him. She knew he would stay days beating himself up for what wasn’t totally his fault.

On the other hand Lily had no clue on what was going on, and she was only happy that Gabriel was back, and she wouldn’t be lonely anymore.

A week after the incident, Mr. Whitewood showed up in front of Gabriel’s door.

“About time,” Gabriel said with a straight face, which was the opposite of the smile on his father’s.
