CHAPTER 158

James woke up the next day and began to find out the cause of the accident that killed his parents. He headed straight to the police station, where the incident was reported. He wanted to know how the investigation was conducted, who was at fault, and how the accident happened.

His chauffeur halted at the front of the dynamic police station, and he got down to open the door for him.

James scurried inside, and he was greeted.

Good morning, sir. What can I do for you?” a female police officer in her early 20s asked.

“Good morning here. I'm James Winslow. I came to check the police report on the accident that happened on December 19, 1999.”

The female officer smirked lightly when she heard his name. She was delighted to attend to James and said, “I haven't been born, sir. I will direct this to the DPO before I do that. I will check the date if the accident was reported. Please have your seat, sir. Why do I check the registration file?”

“Thank you,” James said as he sat.
