Chapter 11

"You can come out now, Noah," a policeman said as he opened the door.

Noah scrambled to his feet, shaking off the hands of the prisoners who were about to grab him. "I'm not guilty. I shouldn't be in this place. I'll sue for damages."

Noah followed the police, ignoring the prisoners who shouted at him. He brushed off the hand of a prisoner who tugged at his shirt until he nearly fell over. When he looked in the mirror, he saw his disheveled appearance.

Noah had not slept for most of the night. His stomach was so hungry that he hadn't touched his food. He threw up when he saw his food. "I had the most horrible night of my life. I'm thankful that this hell ended quickly. I would have gone crazy if I had been in this place longer."

Noah burst into tears when he saw the courtyard. The police wouldn't let him contact his family. "What a jerk! I don't accept this humiliation."

Two of Sean's bodyguards approached Noah.

"We've brought your car. You can leave now. You should be thankful that
