On his face, there was also blood, and from the floor, he heard Abdul’s laughter.

“The Barbaric fighting with technique and short shots to reduce damage. Who are you?”

Barrett got up, and his body was sore. If they saw Luke’s face, he seemed more hurt.

However, Barrett felt severe pain on the side of his head while Luke seemed to move.

This is bad… Barrett thought to himself.

The image of his daughters came to his mind, and remembering Mustafa, he launched himself with everything he had in front of him.

As he advanced, his mind repeated only one idea.

My body will react, my body will react!

He was sure that, as with Mustafa, his body was going to react without problems. Luke waited for him, and he could see how he moved.

The inclination of his body and the way the kick would go for him.

His kinesthetic vision kicked in, and he could easily predict Luke’s strike. The kick would come up from behind to land on his head, but Barrett anticipated the moment.

Barrett attempted to inflict significant harm on him when they were in close proximity to one another. He moved his body with all of his efforts and leaned just enough to dodge the kick that Luke was firing.

His thoughts took him to a place where he was lying on the ground, covered in blood, but at that same time, he heard the voices of his daughters screaming out to him.

Daddy!

Barrett, driven by his thirst for blood, leaped and delivered a powerful hit to Luke’s temple in the midst of his leap.

He aimed to end the fight with a single blow, which he did successfully, and the effect was good.

Before Luke’s body hit the ground, he felt the contact, but before his body reached the ground, he kicked off his feet and utilized his feet to execute four straight kicks to Barrett in an almost horizontal position.

Barrett was in so much anguish that he collapsed to the ground. The force of the kicks was tremendous, and as Luke assessed the situation, he stood up.

His eyes were burning with rage, and despite feeling dizzy, he attempted to rise up. Barrett got to his feet and stepped up his defenses because the fight was far from done, and both of them were in very bad shape.

However, at that moment, Abdul’s applause distracted them all.

Barrett turned his head and saw the Danyio descend to the platform as Luke stretched out his body and gazed at Abdul. Luke also glanced at Abdul.

Because of the exquisite jewelry and high-quality materials that were used in their construction, both his robe and his fingers shone brightly.

“It’s been five minutes, my dear friends!” The Danyio declared as he stood on the platform.

Luke shot Barrett a cold look before slamming his fist down on the table, successfully getting the Danyio’s attention.

“I’m sorry, sir, I didn’t mean to. Give me another chance. I’ll eliminate whoever you want!” He said towards the Danyio with determination.

“This vermin is useless and is not even in the rankings. It’s obvious, Luke, that you can’t fight anymore. Retreating is the right thing to do!” Abdul said, cold and disappointed.

Barrett’s eyes widened in surprise.

“What the hell are you talking about? What do you mean he can’t fight anymore?!” He questioned in disbelief.

“Your case is worse than expected, Barrett. The one you see there is number eighty-two in my ranking of one hundred fighters. He has seven consecutive losses. And most likely is that you keep losing! It has cost me two fishmongers and a ship for his defeats. That is why I cut him off from my fighters now, his loyalty has no limit, and that is why he will undoubtedly continue to work with me, but not as a fighter!” The Danyio explained firmly.

Barrett saw Luke kneel, then get up and go off in an angry huff for the exit.

His hands were shaking, and the spot on his body that had been kicked by the other man burned with an intensity that was difficult to put into words.

“You managed to last five minutes, and as if it were necessary for you, you are now in position one hundred in the ranking,” The Danyio said.

Barrett did nothing but keep staring at the Danyio while experiencing a mix of emotions.

“You are the last in the ranking, you have to look for one of my fighters to accept a fight with you to move up in the ranking, but for that, they should want to fight you. And if you couldn’t beat Luke, he’s blind in one eye. I doubt you can do anything against the others!” The Danyio continued.

He smiled full of mock before he continued, “Mustafa is no longer a ranked fighter like you. None of you are good for that... Barrett, you made a mistake coming back!”

The smiling man left. Barrett watched as he went down and landed smack in the middle of the ring.

He could not believe what he had just heard. Barrett felt heavy. He was feeling guilty for stepping on someone’s future.

It was like and they were sacrificial lambs for him.

The girl stood up and approached him. She said softly, “Sorry, but look on the bright side. At least you’re in the ranking. That’s something.”

He got up. Barrett could not believe what was happening.

How was he going to go upstairs?

How was he going to earn money to save his daughter in that situation?

His life was completely thrown into darkness, and he did not see any light, the image of his daughters settled in his mind.

And now he had no choice but to fight to rescue them, but one thing was certain, he was not even a shadow of the fighter he once was.

And getting back to the top would take a lot of effort and a path that he couldn’t achieve even with his perfect eyesight.

In another part of that port, a person worked.

Luke walked down from the ship, frustrated.

“It didn’t work! Minerva! I mean, I didn’t lose, but I couldn’t beat the guy!” He said when he saw the girl working.

“Well, it was difficult. It was always a long shot. After all, your eyesight is in pieces,” she replied, smiling wryly.

Luke nodded. He sighed and tiredly said, “I don’t think I’ll be able to get you out of here...”

“Who did you fight?” Minerva asked.

The man looked at the ship and said, “Apparently, he is a veteran, although he looks young or something. I don’t know. There he comes down. He is as screwed as I am. He could not beat me, and he is number one hundred in the ranking! ”

The girl looked in that direction, and her heart skipped a beat when she saw how Barrett got off the ship.

She couldn’t believe what her eyes showed. The invincible man was in that place that made her heart race many times.

The one who was called The Barbaric was now in front of her eyes.

Well, at least the floor looked clean, Barrett thought to himself. “Do you mind if I sit down?” Barrett smilingly asked after approaching her. When Mina saw him, she smiled and waved her hand in greeting. “Go ahead!” she said, muffled as her mouth was full of mashed potatoes. He sat down and examined the food that was on her plate. There was a lot of stuff on it, and the food appeared to be of high quality. “Is this really the usual food here?” Barrett asked, surprised.
