117: Not A Normal Fight

Barrett was grinning broadly from ear to ear. The man was now looking at him with some uncertainty in their eyes as a result of the fact that the most recent attacks had been successful.

Samuel, who was on the opposite team, took a glance at the fight and, upon noticing his partner, stated, “I thought Barrett couldn’t even land a hit!”

She was watching the fight, and while she was doing so, she raised her arm and gazed at a computer that was tracking what her augmented eyes saw during the match.

As she did so, she kept an eye on the goings-on around her and saw that none of the other people, although coming from the Barbaric, were following the pattern.

While maintaining eye contact with her, he continued speaking, “I don’t get it, all of his combinations and moves are recorded, but these patterns have never been seen before!”

Throughout the entirety of the struggle, the individual with the lengthy hair kept receiving signals that were not intended for them.
