19: The Barbaric's Dilemma

Preston, with his mind focused on his arm, did not see how from the floor, Barrett kicked his leg to take away his stability and then, getting up, hit his face twice.

Preston felt the force of his blows and stepped back to get some distance, only to feel a strong front kick take him to the edge of the platform.

“Damn, I’m going to lose!!” Preston said as he looked ahead as a long shot from Barrett crashed directly into his face.

The blow knocked him unconscious for a second, and his body tilted completely to fall from the platform.

Preston, in pain, looked at the water below him, but when he thought he was going to fall, his hand was held.

He turned to see what happened and saw Barrett, holding his hand and pulling him back to hit him square in the face again.

“Look at this. He won’t drop it!!”

Barrett, tightly holding his wrists, pulled him and hit Preston’s face, again and again. The man could not defend himself.
