CHAPTER 42

"You should be thankful I have a good heart," Peter said without raising his eyes. Victor fumed, and his heart swelled in his chest. There was nothing he had to say to his cousin. After standing for a while, he left. Banging the door behind him, he walked straight into his office.

Peter knows exactly how to treat his kind.

"Please sit," Peter told his assistant. Tyler didn't waste time jumping on the seat. He has always hated Victor's guts.

"Have you sent the message I asked you to send to the production department?" Peter voiced his curiosity.

"Sir?" Tyler wondered. He searched his head into his soul; he didn't remember having that kind of conversation with his boss.

"I asked a question, Tyler. Why are you stalling?".

"Sir, you never asked me to send a message to the production team. I only have the schedule, which I have already read. That's what you asked me to reschedule, sir." Tyler replied with a soft tone.
