Chapter One Hundred Five

“Come on, it never took you this long to stay mad at me. I said I am sorry, what more should I do? Buy you a cake?” Bryson asked, sparing a glance at Troy.

“Allow me to feel what I am feeling. Don’t talk to me out of it. I know you want me to laugh and smile. To start nodding at whatever is in your mind. But not now. Okay?” Troy snapped and Bryson let out a frustrated sigh.

The whole journey home, they spoke of nothing. For the first time, Troy was remorseful at what he did to Milton Jackson.

He thought of what he would have done differently after Brianna and Roger asked him to sleep with Samantha Genos, and to make it worse, to record the whole deed.
