Chapter One Hundred Six

Tiwari caught Meehan’s eyes in the rearview mirror. Meehan shuddered and when Milton noticed it, he narrowed his eyes at Tiwari. Tiwari finally asked, “Sir, we agreed you should let me know earlier about your plans.”

Milton waved him off, he doesn’t recall the two of them discussing it. Milton would be the one complaining about it.

He returned his attention to Meehan and listened as Meehan told him about his day.

Earlier, if anyone told Milton, Meehan only wanted to treat Milton a dinner as a token of appreciation.

Milton was more than happy. Meehan has taken a deep liking to Milton and this was his way of showing Milton that he also cared about him. Yes, they have never spoken about their friendship but something told Meehan that Milton saw him as more than just a worker.

They arrived at the hotel front and Tiwari pulled his hair frustratedly. “The Genos?”

“Oh. Sir, my apologies. I couldn’t get a reservation at the Moonlight Restaurant so I selected this one.” Meehan mumbled.
