“Didn’t I tell you Troy didn’t snitch on us? Why else would he stoop as low as this only to get the public’s pity?” Bryson asked, shoving the phone back to Milton.

It was a picture of Rickie from yesterday at Shiny Bun Hotel. Luckily, Milton’s image wasn’t there since Meehan had acted quickly.

Milton agreed. He could hear in Bryson’s voice how important his answer meant when it came to Troy and whether he betrayed them.

“It is good,” Roger replied without meeting Milton’s eyes.

Tiwari and Bryson chuckled lowly.

On their way to work, Tiwari informed Milton that he had a meeting with the newly appointed CEO of Jackson Inc. Milton didn’t ask why he was telling him and not Aida.

At the office, Aida informed him of his day schedule and then handed him the final reports of the Easts project.
