Chapter One Hundred Twenty

Milton didn’t leave his uncle’s side the whole day. Anyone might have thought they have been close. “Get better soon, uncle,” Milton whispered while removing a strand of hair from his uncle’s face.

Sighing, he pulled away.

“No. Where is he? I must apologize. Please, I need to see him.”

Milton scoffed, wishing he heard the wrong thing. Because one, he informed Tiwari he didn’t want anyone to know who was at the hospital and which one, and secondly, how could he come here when he didn’t do what he was supposed to do?

Wasn’t it only yesterday he respectably told him to handle his son?

“I will be right back,” Milton said and left.

Outside, Tiwari held Mr. Glen, seeing Milton he mumbled, “I swear I will have to deal with you.”

“Tiwari, let him go,” Milton said.

Glen dropped to his knees and began begging Milton. Milton brushed it off and told him to leave and made sure he didn’t tell anyone. Upon his eyes meeting Tiwari, Tiwari knew immediately what he was about to ask.
