CHAPTER 34

The next morning.

Ayana woke up early, and Ulmer was still sleeping. She sat up and looked at him. He was sleeping with his mouth slightly open, which she found cute. She smiled a little and then moved his chin up gently so that his mouth would close.

But that didn’t happen as his jaw was locked in place.

“Does he have the habit of sleeping like this?” she wondered. “This isn’t good. He must be lacking oxygen. I must tell Mom and Dad about this.”

By the time she walked out into the hall, Dustin and Robin were already preparing the food items.

Ayana told them about Ulmer’s condition, and Robin then prepared a herbal powder, which could be drunk with hot water twice every day. She gave the powder bottle to Ayana and told her to give a spoonful to Ulmer twice every day for the next three months.

“Will it require three months for that condition to be cured?” Ayana asked.

“Yeah, there’s likely a problem with his lungs,” Robin said. “It will take some time for the condition to be completely
