They weren’t just experimenting on animals but were also experimenting on food. They were adulterating the food with many things. Artificial flavors which could severely affect a person’s health negatively were being created to increase the shelf life. That wasn’t all. They were mixing chili powder with brick powder. They were mixing pieces of coconut sticks with cumin seeds. They were making plastic rice, vegetables, fruits, and even eggs.

Ulmer had never seen this level of corruption before. He could not leave the fourth floor alone, knowing how many people’s lives on the surface were probably being ruined from all these experiments.
