The sackers left Ulmer’s home with proud expressions.

After all, Ulmer had told them he would be taking the test in a week or so. And he wasn’t lying. He didn’t want to take the test, but because he said he would, he’d need to take the test now as Dove’s condition was that he should never lie.

It’s one thing if he tried to take the test and wasn’t able to take it because of hindrances, but if he were to purposely avoid taking the test, then it would mean that Dove would punish him.

Ulmer had no idea at this moment.

But Ulmer believed that it’s possible for Dove to leave him because ‘don’t lie’ was the only condition that Dove had given to him as of yet. So, if he were to break that only rule, wouldn’t it mean the same as spitting in Dove’s face?
