Just as the trio were getting riled up, their cab suddenly braked and stopped at a supermarket. "Hang on, I need to buy cigarettes," the driver said, getting out.

Impatient, Katherine grumbled, "Useless fools everywhere, wasting time. They should just die!"

But Russell's eyes landed on a duffel bag tucked away in a corner. Shocked, he whispered, "Mom, look!" At least tens of thousands were stuffed inside - bundles of fresh cash from the bank!

Katherine's eyes gleamed. Succumbing to temptation, she swiftly snatched the money.

"What are you doing?" Joe panicked. "That's theft! What if he notices?"

But Katherine glared, "What's there to be scared of? How will he know it's us? He could've dropped it on the way back from the bank. If anything happens, we'll just blame Susan's family and extort more money from them! We have no leverage right now, but with this, we can bite them again."
