He gave a mocking laugh and then left with his group.

Jason had brought endless humiliation to the Northern Faction. Only blood could wash away this shame. In half a month, it would be his death.

Even refusing to fight would brand him a worthless coward, earning the ridicule of all under heaven and humiliating the Saint. It was an impossible predicament.

Of course, there was a way out, but that path was virtually impossible. No, it was completely impossible, eternally impossible - and that was Jason defeating Albert. But that could never happen.
