False Alarm

He got in at once, and James went into the driver’s seat after he had taken the car key from one of the bodyguards standing close by.

James drove the car out of the premises, and through the long avenue of the Villa, until he arrived on the road, and in less than thirty minutes, they were able to beat the traffic and arrived at the hospital.

Jason stepped down as soon as the car came to a stop, and rushed into the hospital, not minding the fact that he was exhausted, and felt very sticky.

“Hi.” He waved at the nurses at the reception, and as soon as they recognized him, they exchanged glances at each other and smiled instantly.

“Oh, Hello, Sir. You are back!” Said the one by the right, while her colleague continued to stare at Jason with a smile on her face.

“Yes, I am back. My son?”

“Oh, he is still at the ward.”

“Ok. And his mother? The women who were here with me, where are they?”

“They left sir. Not quite long after you were gone.”
