The courtroom was quiet, but even in the midst of the stillness, Jason still found his confidence which exhumed an aura that almost consumed Isabella as soon as she walked into the room. For a few seconds, Jason remained silent, but it didn’t seem like that was going to solve anything. The curtains were half closed, giving way to the rays that hit Brenda’s eyes while she groaned in her sleep. Everyone remained silent amidst the tension that surrounded the air.
