For a few seconds, Brenda waited to get a response from Jason, but he remained silent, and instead of giving her a response, he slowly returned to his previous position, and sat down on the bed.

“You still haven’t answered my question.”

“What did you ask?” Jason inquired calmly, pretending not to know what she was talking about.

“I asked what you did to Marcelo. Where is he? What did you do to him?”
