Filled with the thoughts of the morning, Jason woke up before the alarm could go off, and as soon as he got down from the bed and attempted to go into the bathroom, the alarm went off and he stretched and turned it off. “Grandpa?” He whispered to himself, and quickly getting up from the bed, he walked into the bathroom and took a quick shower. Throughout the ride from the Villa to the courthouse, Jason held onto the thoughts of anticipation that lingered in his mind. Finally, it was time to sever ties with Isabella completely, and he just couldn’t wait for everything to end before going ahead with the second phase of his plans. Henry was the only reason why he had not carried out his plans for the Palmers, and cutting ties with them entirely was the only thing he was waiting for, and that was going to take place soon. The dumbfounded couple stared at Gregory as he lifted his face slowly without letting go of the smile on his face. “Hello, Greg. Is everything set?” “Yes, Young Master. The courtroom was quiet, but even in the midst of the stillness, Jason still found his confidence which exhumed an aura that almost consumed Isabella as soon as she walked into the room. She met Jason and his Attorney whispering some words to themselves while they looked at the documents in the files in front of them. It was as if they were war Generals looking at a truckload of missiles, and getting ready to launch them at their opponents. They saw Isabella as soon as she entered the room and grabbed a seat opposite them at the long conference table, but they pretended as though she did not exist, and continued what they were doing. At some point, she got a bit anxious and tried to peep to see what they were looking at in their documents, but her vision was too blurry, and she couldn’t strain further in order not to be noticed. “Thank you so much for this, Greg. It was obvious to Jason that the Magistrate was going to attempt to hand over the custody of the child to Isabella even without a thorough analysis of the case, and he was prepared to carry out the plans that he had in mind. He pulled out his phone from his pocket without anyone knowing, and then he operated it for a few seconds before he returned it back to his picket and adjusted himself on his seat. Gregory wanted to speak up the moment he heard the Magistrate mention that Jason had no source of income, but he decided to remain calm since Jason told him he was going to handle things if they tried to get out of hand.
