In less than thirty minutes, they were able to arrive in front of the hospital after beating the morning traffic. Jason got out of the car even before James could get out to open the door for him, and he dashed into the hospital as fast as he could with thoughts of anticipation roaming in his mind. For a few seconds, Jason remained silent, but it didn’t seem like that was going to solve anything. The old man was still waiting to get a response from him, and Harry was interested to know the outcome of their meeting as well. The rays from the sunlight were shining brightly through the casement windows inside the bedroom. The curtains were half closed, giving way to the rays that hit Brenda’s eyes while she groaned in her sleep.
