IX.I Opening Ceremony

"Why'd it have to be me..." Eremes reluctantly fixed himself in front of the mirror as he struggled to put on his newly rented suit for the night. "Didn't even give me the suit.."

At the last minute, the Bossman called him over to act as back up in case anything goes awry on the maintenance side of the event. Seeing as he knew every electrical port and other functions that the hall may have like the back of his hand, he reluctantly agreed that he was the proper person for the job.

"Wish it didn't have to be me though.." The suited repairman lamented as he fumbled around with the red tie around his neck. "Fucking... Malaka.."

Removing the offending piece of cloth, Eremes settled for the smart casual look with his suit essentially complete.. except for the tie which now lay pathetically on top of his bed. Slicking back his short, brown hair and checking on whether or not to trim his 5 o'clock shadow-

"Nope~" Not gonna happen tonight.
