Then Dylan said out of curiosity, "Gavel Plaza is owned by your family, why do you have to organize an auction? I'm sure you guys have the money to immediately pay for the land."

Then Anna replied, "That's not how it works. We only provide the venue but we are not the actual organizer. The actual auction is organized by a government association who of course wants to make good money with the land. Melrovia Land and Property Agency commonly known as MLPA. The authority is involved in this auction too."

Then he looked at her. "The fun is mostly in the auction hall. Let's go." He said and stood up. "Or, I'll just go alone." He added, wondering why he said that.
