Dwayne Clifford walked into the Melrovia Land and Property Agency the next day, feeling kinda nervous and unsure of what to expect. He approached the receptionist, a young woman with blonde hair and glasses, and cleared his throat.

"Excuse me, miss. I need to speak with someone urgently. Is there anyone available to see me?" he asked.

The receptionist looked up from her computer and eyed him warily. "Do you have an appointment, sir?"

Dwayne hesitated. "No, I'm afraid I don't. But it's a matter of utmost importance. You see, I'm the uncle of Dylan Clifford, the owner of Hillcrest Land. I need to speak with someone about his affairs."

The receptionist frowned. "I'm sorry, sir, but without an appointment, I can't just let you waltz in and speak with someone. That's not how we do things here."
