Maya frowned at the little guy pointing to the gown she wanted. She didn't want to let it go so she tapped Dylan on the shoulder, "I want it too, Mr. Dylan. Please."

Dylan's brow raised as he noticed she really wanted that gown. In fact, the way she looked at the other little girl, he was sure it was slowly turning into a competition.

He chuckled lowly and directed his gaze at the woman. "I'm sorry but my daughter has already picked that gown and she was about to try it on. There are so many other gowns here so tell your child to pick another."

"Try it on? It's you poor people who can't afford it, yet you still come here to try on things that make so many of the clothes dirty," The woman scoffed and looked at him up and down with contempt.

Dylan was dressed plainly which made the woman feel like he was incapable of affording anything in the mall, especially a cloth in this model.
