Gregory Clifford has no prior knowledge of Dylan and Stephanie's presence. He wasn't told about it.

So when he arrived in the evening, he walked into the room with a loud laugh, "Wow, Maxwell. What's up with you? It's so rare of you to call me for a drink, eh!"

Then he saw Dylan standing up from the couch.

His smile faded from his face and Dylan walked toward him with Stephanie beside him.

"What the hell is this traitor doing here? Why are you here?" He questioned in anger.

Dylan was the last person he ever wanted to see. In fact, anything that's gonna make him see Dylan is when he's being buried alongside his parents.

Dylan looked straight ahead and remained silent.

Instead, Stephanie spoke, "Mr. Clifford, Dylan is still your grandson. How can you call him such a thing?"

Mr. Clifford frowned at her. "You. Who the hell are you and what's your business? Wait? I remember you. You're Dylan's godmother, aren't you? I thought you'd be dead."

Stephanie shook her head, "No, I'm not…"
