Twenty nine

Sean was called into his grandfather's study room but he was still absorbed in his thoughts. His heart was still heavy after the night of the banquet. He couldn't stop thinking about the humiliation he faced, the confusion about Dylan. It made him weak and anxious.

He sat on the couch still thinking. It wasn't even about Hermione but about Sean. He couldn't come up with a possibility about why Lord Nigel Owens called his good for nothing cousin Master. It was hilarious and ridiculous at the same time.

"I went on a two-week trip, dad, only to come back and hear what happened. Seriously, why did you have to take credit for it?" Dwayne Clifford, Sean's father who stood beside his father, Greg questioned as he looked at his son worriedly.

The old man justifiably replied, "Well, I didn't know Lord Owens was gonna be there. Who would have thought he'd be there just because he was signing a billion-dollar contract with Harper Enterprises? I was doing good for your son, my grandson."
