"Where are they…"

Muttering quietly to himself, Luke ran towards another street while his gaze wandered to his left and right side. The street he was on now would be a stark contrast with the street where he had fought Zhao Peng and his cronies. People were walking on the street, there were some carriages, and other things that made the street look lively.

As he ran, he thought of some possibilities that had transpired for old Xu and Xu Qingli to disappear in a short time.

'Perhaps they have some kind of foot steps technique, just like that guy I had fought this afternoon and then ran away?'

That was a possible conjecture, although it would seem weird if they had those in the first place, how they got caught up by Zhao Peng.

'Maybe Zhao Peng had it too so that's why they couldn't… but again, Zhao Peng wasn't really as fast as that guy with the sword. Although he could be considered fast, my eyes and the ECS were still able to follow him just fine.'
