Liam hurried to the bathroom and quickly took a cold shower and brushed his teeth as well.

When he came back to the room, Miranda was not yet back from where she went. He was not aware that she was fixing dinner for him.

Liam quickly slipped into his pajamas and hurried out of the room. He got to the kitchen and found his wife there. She had reserved some pasta and kept it in the freezer.

It was as though she knew that Liam would not eat dinner before coming home.

While Miranda was busy heating up the food, she didn't notice Liam coming from behind.

At first, Liam wanted to sneak in on her and hold her by the waist. But on second thought, he decided against it.

The idea sounded creepy and he didn't know how Miranda would react when he did it.

“What are you doing?" Liam asked his wife who turned to stare at him briefly.

“I'm fixing dinner for you."

She took out the food which was ready and dished it out on a plate. Before she served Liam, she gave him some ginger tea to help with th
