At around five in the morning, Russell and James came down the mountain. They stopped at a small coffee stall. The shop owner saw Russell and gave him his jacket because he happened to have one as the temperatures during the night and early morning got pretty low near the mountain.

Simple coffee wasn’t enough for James; he ate biscuits also.

Russell drank hot almond milk, and it calmed his nerves. While James was busy eating, Russell started reading a newspaper because the headlines were about the Lynn family.

“192 food production companies associated with the Lynn family have been closed in the past five weeks?” He was shocked because the number wasn’t as high when he last heard about it. He quickly read the details, thinking if they were closed because the companies weren’t following the rules properly. However, he couldn’t find any reason in the paper. “More than half of them are meat-producing companies, so they must have been making a lot of money.” He briefly thought about Liam.
