CHAPTER 373

Max, the big german shepherd, firmly grabbed onto the officer’s ass so hard his eyes bulged out. His scream traveled far more than a hundred feet.

“Max! Let go of him!” Simon wrestled with the dog, but his strength wasn’t proving effective.

“Stop it, Max!” Tom shouted. And Max immediately let go of the officer.

“Urgh,” the officer bore the pain and took his gun out, but before he could shoot, Max jumped and bit on his wrist this time.

Tom couldn’t tell Max to stop again because he was afraid that the officer might kill the dog. But if the dog were to keep on worsening the officer’s injuries, then they would definitely get revenge on the dog and even Tom and everybody related to the dog.

As the dog wrestled, the officer ended up shooting the gun multiple times, hoping at least one of the bullets would hit the dog.

And one bullet did hit Max in the ribs. Max squealed and collapsed on his belly as if he was electrocuted.

The officer put the gun in his other hand to shoot at the dog. Russ
