After the shopping was done, it was time for eating. Jessica didn’t want to spend too much of Elora’s money, so she ordered egg sandwiches for everyone.

Elora quickly told the waiter to bring a different item for her.

“Do you not like sandwiches?” Jessica asked.

“No. Look over there,” Elora pointed at another table, where another customer was eating an egg sandwich. “They don’t just seem to dry out the bread but also dip the whole thing in oil. That’s not good. They already add egg and cheese inside, so oil on top of that is a bad combination for many reasons. Having some fat on the body is good, but too much fat is poison. It’s the worst slow poison out there.”

“T-Then why didn’t you let us order something else?”

“You two are young, so your stomachs can withstand unhealthy food better than mine,” Elora’s reply left Jessica speechless.
