Russell woke up and didn’t find Elora in the room. He saw food on the table and also a letter.

“I’m going out on some work. I will be back before sunset,” she wrote.

“Where did she go out so early in the morning?” Russell wondered.

Regan was talking with Charlotte.

“I’m so sorry and sad that this happened to you, Mr. Regan,” Charlotte pitifully said. “Do you remember what you ate that morning?”

“Oh, it’s not the food that’s the issue,” Regan told her.

“Then, what could it be?”

“I’m old enough to hurt my heart from sneezing or coughing, so anything could act as a trigger,” Regan said.

“What did the doctors say?”

“Whatever they say, I know what to do,” Regan said. “The body heals itself if stress can be relieved. So I should just do my best to not stress myself out.”

“Does that mean you’re going to step down as the CEO?” Charlotte asked without hesitation.
