When Russell came to his mother’s home, the neighborhood boys were stealing fruits and vegetables in the garden.

Russell chased them and threw stones at them. “If I ever see you here again, I’ll break your legs!”

The money earned from selling the fruits and vegetables growing in this garden would be barely enough for his mother’s dietary expenses, so everytime something like this happened, Russell easily lost his patience.
