"Nice sketches, where did you get them?", Nicholas asked as the drawing enticed him.

"Someone new, he applied for a job recently and this, is a sample of his work."

"Looks good. I say you give him a trial."

"I was about to, but then you came in. Any problem?"

Nicholas sighed. " I just need you go over some document and sign them."

"What documents?"

As she asked, Nicholas placed them on the table. " I got some lands and I want you to sign the ownership files. Since you own this side of the property."

"Well that true. You didn't need to go through the trouble getting them for me.", she leaned closer. " Tell me what you want in return."

"I don't want anything, just sign them do I can get going, I have places to be."

Annoyed by his response, she took ’em documents and proceed to sign them.

On signing the last page, she passes it back to him and leaned back on her chair.

"Thank you.", he got up. "Have a good day."
