Daniel's POV

I glanced at my watch for the umpteenth time. 6 pm, it read. Where was Nicholas?? He was supposed to be here by 5 pm and after several times of trying to reach him and got nothing. I gave up on that option. Maybe he got into traffic or probably forgot to check his time. I was tired though of the ups and downs, the threats and seduction, the hunger and thirst to rule and be in charge.
