"For goodness sake dad!" Esme screamed, "Don't interfere with my personal life for please. I am old enough. I'm not a seven year old anymore! I think you've done more than enough.

She paused and took a deep breath, "I should be able to do whatever I want."

They were in the second living room, one specially used for family meetings like this. Her parents were seated next to each other on a cushion chair, both of them calmly watching her while she paced around in annoyance.

The gray colour of the room did nothing to pacify her feelings, neither did the blinds or the small art room at the corner of the room.

Coming home for the weekend was the worst decision she ever made. After the incident with Luka, she'd also left to avoid her parents judging eyes. They knew about how the project waa all Luka's idea, but she couldn't have avoided not coming home, especially when they mentioned it was a matter of life and death.
