After being expelled from school for something he didn’t do, Sabastian found himself sitting on a park bench with his head in his hands. Wondering what to do next.

There was a thunder of laughter, and when he looked up, he noticed Mr. Wilson along with three men getting coffee from the small cart.

He built up enough nerve to walk up to the group of men.

‘’Mr. Wilson,’’ Sabastion called.

The older man turned towards him.

‘’Oh, Steven.’’

‘’Its Sabastian.’’

‘’What was that?’’

‘’My name is Sabastian.’’

‘’Ok, what do you want?’’

To be honest, Sabastian didn’t want anything. He only wanted to see if Mr. Wilson didn’t like him as what Ashley said.

‘’I hmm.’’

‘’Out with it boy, I have better things to do than to make conversation in a park.’’

‘’I was wondering if you could give me a job at your company, see I got fired from working at the Burger Shack and you are my only option since no one else would give me employment.’’

Mr. Wilson let out a laugh. ‘’Give you a job? Boy you must be crazy, you think that you can just go from working in some old, greasy burger place and jump to working in such a prestigious company as mine.’’

‘’I just thought-‘’

Mr. Wilson cut him off. ‘’You have a big imagination. Did Ashley put you up to this?’’

‘’Actually, Ashley and I broke up.’’

Mr. Wilson grinned. ‘’Well, good. I didn’t know what Ashely was thinking bringing someone like you to my house.’’

‘’What are you saying?’’

‘’That you never deserved my daughter, you are beneath her and could never provide for my baby girl. Shame she wasted her time with you, but I’m glad that she opened her eyes and saw that you were no good.’’

Sabastian only stood there.

‘’No get out of my sight, I wouldn’t want to become poor like you.’’

‘’You make it sound as if I have a disease.’’

Mr. Wilson turned up his nose. ‘’You might as well, and with all you poor people now scurrying around this city like rats. It’s a shame that this city isn’t what it used to be.’’

Mr. Wilson walked away after that; a man who was with him purposefully bumped into Sabastian.

‘’Scum.’’

Sabastian watched after them.

Feeling hungry, Sabastian went to the first restaurant he saw but the host at her podium turned his nose up at him.

‘’Don’t do give away free food.’’

‘’Why do you think I want free food?’’

She made a face. “You look like a bum, and again, we don’t give away free food.’’

‘’I have money.’’

‘’Yes, but you can’t even afford to eat here, so get lost.’’

‘’You work here, but can you afford to eat here?’’

She said nothing.

‘’Hmm, well, that makes both of us then. I can’t imagine working for a place and not knowing what any of the dish taste like.’’

She opened her mouth.

‘’Why did you see yourself as superior to me or anyone else? Does this restaurant really not give away their left overs to the homeless.’’

‘’No,’’ a voice said from behind Sabastian.

‘’The left-over food is ground up and thrown in the garbage.’’

“Why would you do that? There are so many starving people in this city, you can save so many lives with the food you throw away.’’

‘’It’s my restaurant, I can do whatever the fuck I want with the food. Hell, I can also burn money if I want to because people will always be coming here and eat. Besides, as the saying goes. God help those, who help themselves. So those bums need to go look a job and stop trying to live off us rich folks.’’

‘’He also said to do on to others, as you would want them to do to you.’’

‘’Oh, get the fuck up out of here. I have no time to listen to you and your bullshit. You poor people always seemed to have a problem with the way us more fortunate than you live our lives.’’

Sabastian shook her head.

‘’Good luck to you miss, just pray that you never lose this job, else this man will only see you as a poor person.’’

Then he smiled.

‘’Well, he already does.’’

Sabastian walked down on the main street of Wisteria Hill, Wisteria Place. It had all the luxurious stories, fancy restaurants and only the places the rich would visit.

‘’Oh my God, are you stalking me?’’ Molly screeched.

Sabastian turned to see her and her two friends.

‘’Hmm, I’m walking before you, and had no idea you would be here. I’m pretty sure that’s not how stalking works.’’

But Molly heard now of that because she began to scream and pointed at Sabastian.

‘’Help! Someone Help! This man is trying to rob us. Help!’’

Sabastian backed away, not understanding Molly’s animosity towards him.

‘’Help! He’s trying to run away.’’

A man came out from a store.

‘’Ma’am are you sure? Because I was looking out the shop front this entire time and saw nothing.’’

‘’Don’t be dumb you worker bee, he robbed us from around the corner.’’

The man looked down the street, knowing there wasn’t a corner in that direction and the only thing that could be classified as a corner would be an intersection in the other direction.

‘’What is wrong with you? He was stalking us.’’

The man didn’t know what to believe, because he saw no such thing like that.

Too bad, another man who didn’t question things came up and grabbed Sabastian by the collar.

‘’Give these lovely, beautiful women their belongings back or I will beat the shit out of you.’’

Sabastian pushed him away.

‘’You don’t even know what really happened, I never stole anything from her, she is only lying. I don’t know what her problem is.’’

But the man didn’t want an explanation, instead he punched Sabastian square in the face. Causing his nose to become bloody.

Another man came and began to kicking Sabastian in the side, along with the first man.

Not able to defend himself from the two of them, Sabastian curled into a ball.

When they were done, Sabastian looked up to see Molly smirking down at him.

‘’You got what you deserved, you poor loser.’’

‘’What have I ever done to you?’’ Sabastain grunted out.

‘’Exist, poor people like you and the rest don’t belong in this city. And I swear that when I become mayor, I’ll make sure of that, I’ll kill every single one of you if I have to.’’

Sabastian couldn’t believe her words.

The man from the store couldn’t believe it either.

‘’You lied on this man because he is poor? What kind of a sick twisted bitch are you?’’

‘’Shut up before you get the same treatment, you are nothing but a worker. You shouldn’t even be in my presence,’’ Molly hissed at him.

The man shook his head and hurried back into the store, not long after he came back out with a bottle of water and a wet rag.

‘’What the hell do you think you are doing?’’ Molly screeched.

‘’Leave him alone and let him die.’’

The man shook his head up at her.

‘’I can’t believe people like you exist in this world.’’

‘’We do because we are rich and will continue to be rich if we get rid of you low lives.’’

The store manager finally came out.

‘’What is going on out here?’’

‘’He is helping this nasty homeless, poor loser,’’ Molly sneered.

The manager made a face.

‘’I don’t see anything wrong with that.’’

Molly scoffed. ‘’Of course, you wouldn’t, but that’s just because you are in the same class as him. But you better get your employee to stop before I call my dad and have him shut this little shit hole saloon down.’’

The woman gulped, this saloon was the only thing keeping her afloat, and losing her job would only mean that she wouldn’t be able to feed her child.

‘’Zedd, get up and leave that man.’’

‘’Boss, how can you say that? This man is hurt, he got beat up for something he didn’t do.’’

Her hands felt tied, as she glanced at Molly and got a nasty look.

‘’Well?’’ Molly asked.

The woman pushed at her employee, and he fell flat on his face.

Molly and her friends laughed.

‘’It’s funny cause you’re poor,’’ Molly gave a nasty smile.

Sabastian groaned and got off the ground.

‘’Too bad you are still alive, poor losers like you don’t deserve to be in our world.’’

Sabastian said nothing, because he knew that her nasty attitude was though to her by her parents.

They own a marketing company and thought the same, they never did business with small and upcoming companies.

‘’I think you need to get to a hospital,’’ Zedd told Sabastian.

‘’Zedd, I told you to stop helping this man. I will fire you if you don’t.’’

Zedd turned angry eyes to her. ‘’Fire me then.’’

As Sabastian walked out of the hospital with a huge bill, he thought that he had no other choice.

He made a call and just as he came off the phone, Ashley came out of the hospital.

‘’I thought that was you.’’

Sabastian only glanced over his shoulder.

‘’Well, you look like shit.’’ She smirked.

‘’Anyway, I have no time to stay and talk. I have a date with a much better man than you will ever be. He’s rich, and I know that he will take care of all my needs. I’ll never need to work a day in my life.’’

Sabastian turned to look at her fully.

‘’Yes, too bad. I can see that you are still in love with me. Too bad you are poor and couldn’t afford a decent ring.’’

Just then a black car which was heavily tinted drove up.

‘’That must be him, I wish you could meet him. But I doubt he has time for a poor man like you.’’

Ashley then laughed and pulled a $10 dollar bill out of her purse.

‘’Buy yourself something to eat.’’

A man stepped out of the car.

‘’Mr. Westchester,’’ he called.

Ashley looked behind her, thinking that the man the driver was talking to was behind her.

‘’Mr. Westchester,’’ the driver called again and was looking directly at Sabastian this time.

Sabastian walked towards the car, and Ashley called after him.

‘’You don’t know that man, and your name isn’t even Westchester. You can’t be that desperate in wanting to drive inside a fancy care.’’

She then laughed.

‘’Then again, you always clamored over my Porsche.’’

Sabastian gazed at Ashley, before getting in the car.

The car came to a stop outside of a large luxury mansion, someone quickly came and opened the car door for Sabastian.

“Your father is in his office.’’

As soon as he entered his father’s home office, the old man got up from around his desk and greeted him.

“Welcome home, son.’’

‘’I am ready to take over the family business,’’ Sabastain declared.
