Of course he's sugar-" Naomi's sentence was cut short when suddenly the man turned around and closed the door with a bang.

Instantly, Naomi's body collapsed right next to Kenric. "Huh, it's done," she muttered.

Meanwhile, Kenric, who was now free from Naomi, immediately sat down. "Miss, what happened? I'm here to pick you up."

"Yes, do you want cash or a transfer?" asked Naomi, who was still staring at the ceiling of the room.

"He?" Kenric frowned at Naomi's question.

It was quiet for a few seconds, until suddenly the woman beside Kenric turned to him with rounded eyes.

 'What is it again?' thought Kenric, who was curious about the meaning of Naomi's current expression.

"What are you saying?" asked Naomi while sitting down as Kenric did.

"I came here to pick you up, Miss."

"You came to pick me up?" asked Naomi to clarify what she heard.

"That's right," Kenric replied with a serious expression.

Then Naomi turned her gaze around the place.

"What are you looking for?" asked Kenric, who continued to watch Naomi's behavior.

"My cell phone," Naomi replied.

"Here," said Kenric while giving Naomi Naomi's cell phone, which Naomi apparently put next to where Kenric was lying earlier.

Naomi quickly grabbed her cell phone. But before Naomi had time to open her cellphone, suddenly a call came into it.

"Hello." Naomi picked up the call.

"Miss Naomi, I'm sorry I'm late. I'm at the door of the room right now, toll-"

"Bastard! Dare you come in, I'll kill you!" scolded Naomi, who then simply turned off the call.

A moment later, Naomi rubbed her face. "Oh my God," she muttered, sounding regretful.

"Listen," Naomi said while turning her gaze back to Kenric. For a moment, Naomi was silent when she saw the face of the man who had been under her body.

"Yes, Miss?" Kenric looked directly into Naomi's eyes.

Suddenly, Naomi closed her mouth. "Crazy," she muttered.

"Are you crazy, Miss?" Kenric pretended to be stupid.

"That's fine," Naomi snapped. "Even though you're handsome, you still don't have the right to call me crazy."

"Handsome?"

"Already, don't think about it anymore," Naomi said as she got up from the bed casually. However, she suddenly remembered something and looked back at Kenric. "Wait, do you like men?"

'Why does she think I like boys?' thought Kenric, who increasingly felt that the girl in front of him had a problem in his brain.

"I'm a straight person," Kenric answered frankly.

Immediately, Naomi pulled the bed cover that had been scattered because of her actions. She quickly covered her body with it. "Why didn't you say you were straight!" She shouted while pointing at Kenric in annoyance.

"Huh?" Kenric was speechless at the ridiculous behavior of the girl in front of him.

"Get out!" shooed Naomi as she kicked Kenric, causing him to fall over.

"Take your clothes and everything outside!" she ordered.

'This girl's brain is really troubled,' Kenric thought as he got up and then carried his clothes out of the room as Naomi had instructed.

A few minutes passed, and now Naomi had come out of the room fully dressed. Likewise with Kenric, who is currently still faithfully waiting for Naomi at the door of the room because it is his job.

"Ehem," Naomi deemed while closing the room door behind her. That's why I hope you don't say anything about today to Grandpa. And I will also pay for your losses from this incident," she said calmly.

"No need, Miss. I have no intention of accepting or hiding anything," Kenric replied expressionlessly.

Hearing her offer rejected, Naomi immediately puffed out her chest. "Look, I'm not someone who likes to be sneaky, but you forced me to do it. If you dare to tell Grandpa what happened today, believe it or not, I will get you fired and make you go to jail tomorrow," Naomi threatened.

Once again, Kenric wrinkled his forehead. "What would make me go to jail?"

A sly smile appeared on Naomi's lips. "Of course I'll tell Grandfather that you forced me to do that. Besides, there are no witnesses or CCTV in the room, so you won't have a chance to prove that my words are not true."

A sardonic smile in return appeared on Kenric's lips. "Miss Naomi, are you sure that there were no witnesses at the scene?"

The light-hearted sentence instantly made Naomi's facial expression change. Her lips pursed as she knew of the loophole. Then a woman's weapon emerged from her lips. "Fine, then report it, but rest assured, Grandpa will trust me more than you," she replied with a smirk and still pretended to be sure of what she was saying.

Kenric let out a long breath. "Alright, let's take a middle ground," he said as he walked away.

Meanwhile, Naomi, who was curious, immediately followed her bodyguard's steps. "What do you mean?"

"Just tell me what really happened earlier," Kenric asked with a flat expression.

"For what?" asked Naomi while holding Kenric's arm, making Kenric stop his steps.

Kenric calmly let go of Naomi's hand. "You know yourself that I will be your bodyguard for some time. So it would be better if you told me everything," he said while looking at Naomi firmly.

"Alright, I'll tell you everything. But let's find a comfortable place first," Naomi said while taking another step and now making Kenric follow her.

Ten minutes passed, and now they were in the car and traveling home.

'So this girl did that to avoid getting engaged to that guy. And her best friend also likes that guy, so she tried hard to make their engagement canceled,' Kenric thought after hearing Naomi's long story. 'Women are so complicated in their thinking.'

"Yes, that's what happened." Naomi ended her story. "And as for you, I actually called a gigolo who specializes in serving men, but you showed up instead. Tsk!" The annoyed squeal at the end of Naomi's sentence showed the regret in her heart.

"So you're planning to use a gigolo who isn't straight to keep you safe?" Kenric made things clear.

Instantly, Naomi's face turned red. "Yes, something like that. But who would have thought that it was you who showed up?'

Hearing the tone that turned low, Kenric was immediately interested and looked at Naomi's facial expression from the glass above him. 'What a silly girl!" He thought.

"So the engagement was your stepmother and father's plan, and you broke it, so what's your plan now?"  asked Kenric, who was trying to get closer to the woman he was going to guard.

"Simple. I will continue with my plan to work at SIA. I've applied, and tomorrow is the interview," Naomi replied with a small smile.

'So she wants to work at SIA. Actually, this girl is very ordinary, there's no problem with her, and she's easy to get along with. But what made Baka warn me to be careful with this girl? Even saying that many bodyguards have been mentally destroyed by this girl,' Kenric thought as he gripped the steering wheel tightly in his hands.

"Why do you want to propose there?"

Naomi leaned back and stared at the road they were traveling on. "Isn't SIA a world-renowned automotive and technology company today? Big salaries and attractive career path, isn't that a good reason?"

"But you don't seem to be short of money to work for a company like that," said Kenric, who of course knew that Naomi's family could not be categorized as a lowly family, although not as rich and powerful as him Osbert family.

However, instantly the sweet and calm expression of the girl sitting at the back turned cold. "Look, I don't like anyone investigating me. You're a bodyguard, so just act like one. Don't try to intrude on my life," she said in a cold tone, much different from before.

Immediately, Kenric looked back at Naomi through the glass above him. 'So she's a two-faced woman,' he thought with a small smile.

"So, if I try to take care of your life, what will happen?" Kenric replied.

A moment later, a knife was pressed against Kenric's neck. "Don't blame me for being rude," Naomi threatened.

Kenric immediately stopped the car and gripped the knife tightly. "Be careful, this knife can kill us both," he said with blood from his palm now dripping on his shoulder.

You..." Naomi growled while looking at each other with Gilsa.

Suddenly, a car light from another direction shone on them, making Naomi and Kenric immediately turn their heads towards the source of the light.

"Back off! Back off!" Naomi shouted suddenly.

"What's wrong?" asked a surprised Kenric.
