After three long days, Sylvie finally finished marking the entirety of the forest. There are carvings on trees placed on every location. With him and Merlin having to use up teleportation scrolls everyday just to get back at these locations and also go home to the dungeon. They can’t leave the place unattended after all since there’s still a chance for them to get attacked, a huge chance at that.

Nevertheless, things did go smoothly within these days that passed. Merlin defeated as many monsters as he wanted. Along with this comes the demon’s better understanding of the speech pattern of the monkeys. He can’t use it but, he can at least decipher it based on the sounds they’re making and the actions that are aligned with these.

This won’t be a problem if these monsters are in his dungeon. Since they’re allies, Merlin will be able to see a speech screen on top of them every time they talk. Making it easier for him to converse with the creatures. But he’s not planning on placing these m
