Slumbering Lure

Sylvie didn’t kill Elliot. The only thing she did is place him in a deep sleep. One where the human won’t be waking up from anytime soon. In the meantime, his body is left somewhere within a room that sits close to the throne room. Locked and secured of course in order to ensure that the human won’t try anything funny should he wake up earlier than expected. But this, in itself, is already problematic for Teach who is looking at the human that’s sleeping soundly.

“Why didn’t you kill him right away?” The hybrid knight asked, his frows almost meeting in the middle as his eyes squinted as well.

“There was something interesting in his head.” Sylvie said in a sly tone.

“Interesting?”

Sylvie offered a foxlike smile. As if she knows a deep secret. “As much as I want to tell it to you, it doesn’t seem like a matter I can discuss.”
