CHAPTER 261

Myles felt a prickling sensation on his back.

“Mm?” he turned around, and a coral shell opened. “A C-rank dungeon? Wonderful,” he got up to his feet, quickly finished his meal, and then rushed into the dungeon.

He ended up in a rugged scrubland with tall grass competing with taller shrubs. Right before him was a medium-sized lake. On the other side of the lake, a humanoid red-haired cat with a little bit of white hair mixed in was drinking from the lake.

Myles took a step forward. The grass crunched underfoot.

The cat’s ear immediately jerked; it looked in his direction straight away and hissed.

Myles grabbed the bone staff that was on his back. “This fellow reminds me of a pet I used to own in my previous life.”

The cat started running on all fours and came circling the lake. It was fast. From about fifty feet away, it leaped at him with a fully stretched body.
