Ethan parked his car in his apartment's parking area.

"Hello, sir! By the way, Amel will probably be home a bit late tonight. Please tell her I'm attending a dinner with Mr. Leo. I've sent her a message, but her phone seems to be off again. I'm worried she won't be able to read my message and might look for me. So please relay this to Amel, sir," Ethan instructed the security guard at his apartment, wanting to avoid any complications later.

He didn't want to leave any room for worry in Amel's mind.

If she knew where Ethan had gone, she would surely feel comfortable going straight to rest when she arrived home later.

"Yes, sir. I'll definitely pass this on to Miss Amel."

Ethan nodded; the middle-aged guard had always been reliable.
