Bruno wants to understand why Reginaldo wants to hire Aline as a real estate agent.

"I don't know the girl yet and will she join my team?" Bruno scratches his head, "Mr. Silva, don't you realize we're hiring a lot of inexperienced people?"

"That's what I always say: someone has to start somewhere." Reginaldo smiles gracefully.

"Glad those people have you." Bruno leans back in the swivel chair, "Other companies wouldn't have the same patience."

"In Aline's case, she is having a difficult time and I want to help her." Reginaldo snaps his fingers, "She said she has a friend who came here to be interviewed, but she wasn't hired as a secretary."

Bruno nods, "Yes, Miss Fortunato. I hired her to help us spread the word over the Internet." He lowers his voice, "She had zero secretarial experience..."

Reginaldo laughs, "You and your experience! Is it so difficult to answer phone calls, take messages, and bring you coffee?"
